MarissaCollections.com now ships internationally. International orders are an important part of how we serve our customers around the world.To place an order for an international shipment, browse our web site and add items to your cart as usual. On the shopping cart page, there is a button that reads "International Checkout". After you have added all the items you wish to purchase to your cart, click that button. Sales Tax
All orders are exempt from sales tax except for the state of Florida.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging, tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

How do I receive a full refund?
In order to receive a full refund, merchandise MUST be returned within 14 days from receiving the package. For example, if a package is delivered on the 1st the return item(s) must be received no later than the 15th. Returns received after 14 days will be issued appropriate MarissaCollections.com credit. Please reference credit chart and return policy.

How is credit issued?
Returns received after 14 days will be issued a MarissaCollections.com credit in the form of a credit code. Please reference credit chart below.

*MarissaCollections.com credit code is valid for one year and can ONLY be used for online purchases.
Where do I enter the credit code?
Using the credit code is fairly simple. For new customers, register then add merchandise to cart. Next enter credit code into Promotion/ Discount Code Box at checkout. For returning customers login, and add merchandise to cart. Then enter credit code into Promotion/ Discount Code Box. Credit amount will be deducted from final purchase price.
How do I make a return?
Simply follow the instructions included with your package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, preferably that which you received it in and send back to us using an insured service to the below address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves). Please contact Website Return Department at 1-800-581-6641 to obtain a Return Authorization number.

When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received by MarissaCollections.com, your refund will be processed based upon our return policy within ten business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from MarissaCollections.com.
Sale Items
Sale Items can ONLY be returned for MarissaCollections.com credit. Please reference credit chart above for the appropriate MarissaCollections.com credit amount.
Gift Returns
If you are returning a gift, please call the Website Return Department at 1-800-581-6641. We can either issue a MarissaCollections.com credit or refund the credit card used by the purchaser. Please reference credit chart above for the appropriate MarissaCollections.com credit amount.
Holiday Season Orders and Returns
During the holiday season, MarissaCollections.com will extend the period allowed for customers to receive a full refund for orders placed November 1st through December 25th. Orders placed for holiday gifts MUST be specified in the comment box on the order form. If you are returning a gift, please call the Website Return Department at 1-800-581-6641. All returns MUST be received no later than January 9th. Please reference credit chart above for the appropriate MarissaCollections.com credit amount.
Trunk Show and Special Orders
Merchandise purchased as trunk show or special order(s) is a final sale.

Drop Ship Items
