Merchandise Return Policy:

 How to Request a Return:

  • Registered Customers –
    • Login to “My Account” on MarissaCollections.com with your username and password.
    • Select “My Orders.”
    • Select the order which contains the item(s) you would like to return.
    • Select “Return.”
    • Your return request will be reviewed and approved within 48 hours. You will receive an email notification once your return request has been approved.
    • Mail the merchandise back with the provided return label via email.
    • Merchandise must be received by your return expiration date in order to receive a full refund.

Full Priced Clothing, Shoes and Handbags: (excluding items defined below)

  • Full priced merchandise may be returned for a full refund (not shipping) within 14 days of when the package was delivered.
  • Items received after 14 days but within 45 days after purchase qualify for store credit only. Store credit is valid 90 days from the day it was issued.

 

Sale Merchandise:

  • Sale merchandise qualifies for store credit only (not shipping) if returned within 14 days of when the package was delivered.
  • After 14 days, sale merchandise is considered FINAL SALE.
  • Store credit is valid 90 days from the day it was issued.

 

Fine Jewelry, Fur and Evening Gowns:

  • Fine jewelry, fur and evening gowns may be returned for a full refund (not shipping) if shipped back overnight within 24 hours of when the package was delivered.
  • Fine jewelry, fur and evening gowns cannot be shipped or be in transit during weekends.

 

Beauty, Special Order, International Orders, and Trunk Show Orders:

  • All sales are final.

 

Additional Information:

  • All returned or exchanged merchandise must have tags attached including security tags. All returned shoes must be in original box with dusters and be unworn.
  • Returns more than 45 days after purchase are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
  • Please use a shipping carrier with tracking capabilities for returns if not using the provided return label. Merchandise must be insured for the full retail price. Please handle and return with care to ensure contents are not damaged during transit.
  • Returns will only be accepted if RMA was issued and clearly written on outside of the box, all others will be refused.
  • Fine Jewelry Furs, Evening Dresses, and Gowns must be shipped via Next Day shipping services to ensure no damage to the product and expedite your return due to the value of the merchandise.
